Tim Ryan

Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Adelaide. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2002 with the Law Society of South Australia and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in the same year.

Tim joined Connolly Suthers as a consultant in August 2024 after working for many years as an estate planning lawyer in the Adelaide Office of a national private law firm and then a national private trustee company. Tim has considerable experience in the provision of specialist estate planning advice, in both South Australia and the Northern Territory, and in the preparation of a wide range of estate planning documents.

Since joining the Wills and Estates Team of Connolly Suthers, Tim has been working closely with Paul Radford and Nicole O’Bree in all areas of succession law including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
