Brad Skinner

Brad joined Connolly Suthers in 1991. He was admitted to practise as a lawyer in Queensland in 1996.
Brad practised as a lawyer in London and as a legal consultant to the British High Commission in Trinidad. Returning home, he became an Associate of Connolly Suthers in 1998, and a Partner in 2000.
Brad is an accredited specialist in property law and has extensive experience in property law matters, including residential, rural and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, town planning and land resumption compensation matters.
Brad provides legal advice to clients in a number of substantial residential and commercial land and strata unit projects developed throughout North and South East Queensland and specialises in Body Corporate and Community Management Act issues.
